Getting in touch is often the hardest part. You don't need to know what's wrong, or have the words for it yet. A first session is mostly us listening, getting a sense of what's brought you here, and talking through what might help.
We're a small practice of two clinical psychologists working with adults. Goodwood Psychology specialises in Schema Therapy, alongside CBT, ACT, EMDR and compassion-focused approaches.
Our rooms are on Goodwood Road, a few minutes from Hyde Park, Wayville and Unley, with telehealth also available. Medicare rebates are available with a GP referral.
